Hi, I’m Nicole — wellness coach, breathwork facilitator, mom of two, and your guide back to you.

I help busy, overwhelmed moms reconnect with themselves—mind, body, and spirit—through simple, powerful wellness practices like breathwork, mindfulness, and healthy routines.

As a mom, I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the chaos of caring for everyone else. You’re constantly giving, juggling, stretching—and somewhere along the way, you forget what you need to feel grounded, joyful, and whole.

That’s where I come in.

With 19 years of experience in teaching and counseling, plus certifications in health coaching and breathwork, I’ve created a unique space for moms to slow down, breathe deeply, and come back home to themselves. I combine science-backed tools and heart-centered practices to help you reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, and build sustainable habits that actually fit into your life.
